JTDX->RUMLog->DX Spots 30m fails

Wire shark shows UDP packets from JTDX with the correct information for all bands.
Rumlog does not populate the DX spots windows if the frequency is 10,136.00 MHz (30m)
17m and 12m works fine.
Older version of WSJTX have the same behavior, Rumlog does not show 30m UDP spots in the DX spot window.
