How do you upload your QSOs?

I have this happen from time to time

i.e. I get the same thing (last screen shot) from LoTW 1 QSO not loaded.What I do is the following :

A) Once you assured your QSO is in the log ( which is the case in you photo)

B) Open LOTW and check your QSO and you will see that the QSO is in there and accounted for.( LoTW Your QSO/Recent QSL)

C) In RL I just switch the W to X and all is good : no further action requires.

Alternative solution but with drawback as far as I am concerned;

Reload the QSO to LoTW ....but you must be aware this will create a double QSO in LOTW .

Download LoTW and QSO will change automatically to X in RL

Up to you has you want to play it: I must say on average I may get such an issue on one QSO every few months no big deal
