Hello, I’m Eline, PH4E, and I’m new here and new to the world named Apple.

I have an iPad A16 and Rumlog2Go. The app runs well on it. According to a fellow amateur, I should be able to upload automatically to QRZ.com using Rumlog2Go, but I simply can’t get it to work. He mentioned that I need to download and install a small utility to make it function, but I have no idea how to do that on an iPad.

I must be overlooking something. Does anyone have any idea how I should set this up?

You have to do this manually. Export the QSOs in question as ADIF and use qrz routines to upload.
