IC7300: S&P is not activated by moving VFO

Description
By design: "S&P (Search and Pounce) will be activated as soon as you move the VFO", but with ic7300 it doesn't work.

STR
1. Open Contest window
2. Activate Running mode
3. Rotate VFO

Actual result
Running mode persists

Expected
S&P is activated

Well, currently it works only when there is a callsign entered and the option Menu-->Logbook-->Clear after QSY is activated.
