Hello, I have configured QSO Upload Utility according to the help section to upload QSOs to hrdlog.net, but it is not working. Where am I going wrong?

I've been successfully uploading to HRDlog for a very long time, but suddenly it's stopped working over the past couple of weeks. Perhaps they made a change? Also, same with Clublog — it was working for a very long time, but now it isn't. I can upload screenshots if that would help.

Check the Local network option in the Privacy settings.

Tom, I'm forcing you to answer what is surely a dumb question... Where is "privacy settings"? I've looked for it in QSO Upload Utility as well as RUMlogNG. Something tells me it's right in front of my eyes...
