ICOM 9700 - Load Memory from File

I am trying to load the 2M Memories on the ICOM 9700. There is a button on the 2M Memories page that says "Load All From File" but I cant find any description of how the file should be formatted. I tried to use the "Save All To File" button but I could not read the file it created.

Can I use a CSV file and if so, do the fields need to be delimited? If so, what is the delimiter? Can I simply list in same order as the fields are presented on the screen? If not, where can I find a description of the necessary file format.
