CQ ZONES, "04 or 4"

Good morning every body.

Yesterday in the contest I noted that when you put in to the log the zone CQ, for example: 4 instead of 04, the multipliers change.

Right Now, I exported the log to N1mm and total points are differents betwin the two programs with the same logs. Somebody knows Why?
