Noobie questions

(1) No matter what I do "Band" always has "??" in it. I can't change it. Touching the field in edit mode does nothing. How do I record the band of the contact?
(2) What are "rst TX" and "rst RX"? Could not find info on these in online manual. Is that the RS report, like "you are 59."?

First make sure you have set your band edges in Preferences-->QRGs
As second you have to mention all frequencies in RUMlog are given in kHz.

rst TX stands short for the given report, rst RX stands for the received report.
