Data capture error

I'm having trouble getting data from WSJT-X and JTDX.
1. Callsign, frequency and mode can be imported without any problem.
2. I can't import Grid Square.
3. A different value will be entered in the signal report field.

The settings may be incorrect, so I would appreciate it if you could tell me in detail.
