Wrong shortcut

On menu QSL the eQSLin shortcut's doesn't work because point at LoTWin, alt-cmd-I work (start LoTW) but shift-cmd-I have the same effect on LoTWin.
If you use a mouse all works fine, but not from keyboard.
It' a my mistake?
