This evening I had a contact with R70ASIA on GUSMP Island, East Siberian Sea, IOTA AS-070 (grid square RP09rj).RumLogNG incorrectly logged it as European Russia.

How do I change that to be the correct entity, in my log? I don't see where I can enter the correct entity.

You should update your dx database more frequently: Menu-->Online-->Load DXCC data. The database will be updated daily, but you have to reload it manually.

Once you managed this, select the affected QSOs and use: Menu-->Logbook-->Recalculate DXCCs
