I have been trying to set up a WinKeyer USB and things seem to be going well expect that I can not edit the Memories in the preferences and have them work using the "CW Tools" window. I must be missing something basic... I can relabel the memory buttons, but when I click on them nothing happens. The buttons for "his call", "his name", etc. all work well and I am able to type text and have the transceiver send the text. RumLog NG 2.5.2. Winked version: 30. Serial port is "usbserial-AL01517G". Any thoughts?

I don't understand this. Can you send a screen shot? You can't enter text into the memory fields? How can the buttons work, when you can't enter text? Do you have mixed CW settings for Logging and for Contest?

Attached is the screenshot your requested. I am unable to use the software buttons to send the "TEST" message.

When you press the Test button in the CW window it doesn't key? Switch the operation mode in the log window to CW!
