Sorry for what may be a stupid question. I am completely new to the world of contesting (actually, to Ham radio!) I participated in last weekend's contest with my club, and we used the N1MM software which automatically increments the TX serial number, and has a space for the other station's number. Is this a feature that is currently available in RUMLogNG? If so, how do I do it? If not, is it planned?

No, RUMlog is just a logger with no contest support. Have a look at RUMped: http://dl2rum.de/rumsoft/RUMPed.html
The 'ped' stands for dx-pedition, where it was made for first.
