I loaded RUMlog on my mac on July 3. Since then, I have uploaded many contacts to LOTW. The log shows “S” in the LOTW column. But I’m sure many of these are confirmed - especially the W1AW portable stations. I do not get any error messages when selecting LOTW IN. But none of the “S” have changed to “X”. I think I have the preferences set correctly with my LOTW info and I have tsql loaded in the folder with the log. What am I doing wrong?

Problem solved. Even though RUMlog put an "S" in the lotw columns, the contacts weren't actually sent to LOTW. I finally figured out the proper setting for uploading and then downloading work fine.
