5.0.2 and Clublog update

Hi Tom,
I received a few cards in yesterdays mail, and I entered them into Rumlog using the "Paper QSL In" function. There was no update sent to Clublog when I was done. Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks
Don

Do you have enabled the Real Time option?

Yes, I have it enabled.

Normally, the changed QSOs will be uploaded after closing the "QSL In" window. When there is an Error ( do you have seen a message?), the upload will be tried again after the next log change or at RUMlog's start up.

No, there are no error messages. The Clublog feature does do an update of the cards I entered using the "QSL In" window after I open any QSO using the edit QSO feature. I don't even have to make a change to a QSO, just look at it using the edit feature, and then hit the enter key.
Just closing the "QSL In" window after entering new qsl's doesn't forward any changes to Clublog, and since I keep Rumlog open 24/7, it is very rare that I do a start up.
I am running OS X 10.8, Mountain Lion, if that makes any difference.

Yes, you are right - my error. Just checked, the modified QSO will be uploaded after each entered QSL card. A "Dupe QSO" message will be shown, which is normal. Here it is still working.
When there was a network or Clublog server error, the data will be sent, when new data are available (QSO modified, deleted or new entered), or when you restart RUMlog.
Why do you know, the data were not sent?
The Clublog functions are new and there may be a bug. So we have to track it down.

I always receive a confirming e-mail from Clublog if changes have been made. I didn't receive an email after entering the new cards using the "QSL In" function. I went to my Clublog account and confirmed that the QSO's had not been updated to show QSL confirmation. This is how I knew that the data had not been sent.

Clublog offers 2 ways for uploading data programmatically. The first method (file upload) is similar to the function you can use on the web site. The other way is to upload just a single QSO in real time. Only for the file upload method you can get a confirmation e-mail!
For the "QSL In" function the single QSO upload will be used, since you can enter only one QSL at the time. I've checked it once again and I can not see a failure here. Also the data in Clublog were changed.
Please try again with an incoming QSL: As soon you have entered a QSL (pressing R or X or just Enter) the QSO will be uploaded again. In the Main Logging Window above the Station Info Box a "Clublog: Dupe" message in green letters should appear. When there is somewhere an error, a red colored message should be shown.

OK Tom. Next time I get some cards, I'll give it another try. Might be a while though. Thanks for looking into this for me!
