RIGblaster pro

I've tried setting all different combinations in the preferences, but I can't seem to get the sofware to talk to my IC-7000. Other software, like Ham Radio Deluxe, MixW, etc. works just fine.
Has anyone determine what configuration works with the RIGblaster pro?

Hi, I am using a rigblaster pro along with my ic-7000 and it works fine. In the preferences I have 19,200 baud, nothing checked, the correct com port and 98ms. I have to have my radio and rigblaster on before I start the program for it to be able to read and write to the radio. If I start the program and then turn on the radio or rigblaster, it will not work. I am using windows XP, and a USB adapter on the rigblaster seriel cable. If you need anymore information, I will try to check back every once in a while.
