Cannot upload November Sweepstakes Cabrillo file

Hi, I used the Contest window for the phone 2021 ARRL November Sweepstakes this past weekend. I exported my QSO's via the Contest > Export to cabrillo menu. Then I loaded the file to the ARRL online log files submission page. I got this error...

Is this a problem with RumLogNg or did I somehow enter my data incorrectly? Here's what my QSO's look like in the Contest window...

There are missing spaces in your sent control number.
050 A21MN should be 05 A 21 MN In the number received it looks correct.
Furthermore you should check your frequency settings for your 40m band in the preferences.

On the 40m band thing. I noted...well, a couple of things in the Contest app.
1. The 40m band setting did not hold, if I updated the frequency. After updating the frequency it went blank and I had to re-select it each time (missed a couple). Whereas I did not have that problem with the 20m band. Please check this for a bug.

2. The 40m band frequency field did not save properly to the QSO record. There were a lot of them that just saved down as 7,000 even though I had input a specific frequency. Is that a bug?

Also, there doesn't appear to be a way to edit the frequency once saved down to the grid.
