Is there any way to set the default windows that open on start-up? For example, the Network status window automatically opens when I start RumlogNG. I don't need this window and would prefer it not automatically open. There same goes for the IC-7300 radio window. I'd prefer to only have the main logging window open when I start RumlogNG and then select any other windows I'm interested in as needed.

Nearly all windows remember the state. You are right, this option is not available for the Network window. It should popup only, when you have configured a network function.
If you don't like to see the TRX Control window, deselect the Ctrl option in the TRX setting.
