Hi all,
I am using TS-990S connected to microham MK2R with Macbook/RumlogNG and fldigi for RTTY contesting.

Following questions:

• AFSK is working fine and TRX set to USB, I can read in the contest window of Rumlog all call signs and RTTY is working as modem only —> Fine

• I tried now to move to FSK, TRX switched to FSK mode. Here the issue is that I can still received and send text, but I don’t see the transmitted text in Rumlog neither in fldigi —> But receiving station can still decode and qsos will be completed! Why?

• For both cases above, I am controlling PTT via Rumlog —> XMLRPC —> fldigi. When I pressing in fldigi on of the buttons for predefined texts, the TRX is switch but no text is transmitted? —> why?

Are you sure FSK is going via Fldigi and is not generated in the microHAM?
How do you have configured Fldigi to output FSK?
