Download from eQSL

Hello for all
I have MacBook Pro with Mac OS Catalina version 10.15, the rumlogNG is version 4.4.1 (370)
I can upload my log to eQsl perfect but when I try Download from eqsl but not working and show error (see picture)

Make sure your location nick matches an entry in eqsl, the error message may be misleading.
Some special characters in the password may cause trouble as well.
