Issue is fixed. Bill G4JWS pointed me to the fact that in WSJT-X -> Preferences -> Radio -> Mode should be set to 'None'.

All working now.

This one works! "Unfortunately" my CAT issue is resolved already. I'll send you the details by personal mail so you can have a look at it and improve if needed.

I have a Kenwood TS570s and when using either JT65 or FT8 modes, after each transmission, my radio switches to LSB.

Also, when I change bands in WSJT-X, the radio changes to LSB. If I set the radio to USB, then change bands in WSJT-X, once again, it switches to LSB.

In WSJT-X preferences > Radio, I have Mode set to None and Split Operation set to None.
WSJT-X is successfully sending data to RumlogNG including the logging function.

Do I have something configured incorrectly?

Check your TRX settings in RUMlog. When WSJT-X is in command, it sets the mode you have selected in RUMlog for the PSK mode. USB Data should be here a good choice.

I checked the RumlogNG preferences and for TX 1, the PSK mode was already set to USB.

When I change the PSK mode to LSB, WSJT-X can change bands and will put the rig in USB mode. After each WSJT-X transmission, the TS570s sounds the CW letter F.

Do you use a TS570 or a TS590?

You are right, for the TS-570 LSB and USB is swapped for the PSK mode. It will be fixed in the next update. I can't see a reason for CW keying, maybe the WSJT-X function?
