Hi Tom, i found the solution, problem fixed !
The solution was on the volume settings of MAC OS-X.

I had to push up volume on MicroHam Codec more than 65 % and the L/R balance more han 50 % to Right Channel.
Even if the start volume/balance settings worked fine in AFSK mode (USB), this levels weren' t enough strong to drive the DK II on FSK mode !

I think that this settings must be reported in Fldigi User manual.

microHAM uses FTDI chips, so the latest (signed) driver works perfect.
Please note, the DKII isn't a simple CAT interface. You have to use special software to use it. RUMlog can support nearly all functions of the DKII and MKII, and you can configure the devices without the need of the Windows software. Currently I'm making a tool for the firmware update under OS-X, since the W7AY software isn't working any longer.
