Jeff,
do you have configured two transceivers in the preferences?
Use Menu-->Transceiver-->Reset CAT#1 after start up. Does this restore the frequency read out?

Tom,

I have only TX 1 configured--no second radio configuration. If I go to Menu, Transceiver, Reset CAT 1, it does not restore 2-way CAT control. Only by using Preferences, deselect Use CAT, close, then open Preferences, select Use CAT, close, is the communication restored. Another anomaly: the logging fields for the name and QTH, QSL manager and other items of the DX station entered are not being filled in. The information from QRZ is being fully displayed in the Information box, but is not being entered into the log.

Jeff,

with the help of DG3YJB I was able to find the failure. Please try, if this version works for you: http://dl2rum.de/RUMlogNG/RUMlogNG_Test.zip

Data from qrz.com will be transferred only, when the box "Use data" is checked. Also make sure, the callsign is not written in red text color. This would mean, the shown callsign is not matching the callsign you queried for. (/P)

Tom,

The test app does correct the CAT control problem--that is great. However, I still do not have the DX station information filling in the log--only displaying in the Information box from QRZ. I have attached screenshots to show the logging screen and the DXCC preferences.

Jeff, you have to check the box "Use data"

One hint: You can adjust the width of the table columns from you log using the mouse in the header. It should be look more nicely.

Tom,

Thank you! I had originally selected "use data", but in the course of trying different settings, it became deselected and I failed to check that setting. Thank you again for all of your support.
