Re: Numeric key row
Thank you for fast answer. You are genius I did not thought on this simple solution :) Your recommendation directed me to look for keyboard and I found better (or alternative) solution instead of installing third party keyboard. As I prefer not to install a third-party keyboard, I found a quick ...

Numeric key row
Hi,
As I use RUMlogNG on iPhone more and more, I am starting to realize how I miss the numeric row of buttons on the screen keyboard. Dear Tom, do you consider adding something like this? It will speed up callsign entering, which is really important especially when working on CW.

RUMlogNG behavior when entering CW Tools window
Hi, When I am in the main logging window (Cmd+0) and press Cmd+Opt+C to enter CW Tools window its default behavior is that if I press any alphanumeric key it is immediately sent by PC keyer. It working great but is any shortcut to put in focus "Call sign" text field? In other words I am looking for ...

Re: Using CW software memories with FTX-1
I found solution so posting it for others. It is very simple. Radio is visible in macOS System information as two devices. This with lower number is CAT. This with higher number is RTS or DTR (depending what you set in radio). In radio go to: FUNC -> CW SETTING -> MODE CW and in PC Keying choose let ...

Using CW software memories with FTX-1
Hi, I am new in this topic so please forgive me my simple questions. I knew that it is possible to use from RUMlogNG CW internal memories to play CW messages saved in FTX-1. But I am interested is it possible to play CW messages saved (or typed) in RUMlogNG using its software memories. In RUMlogNG ...

Re: Problem with frequency with FTX-1
Hi, I am answering myself maybe this info will be helpful for others: yes, we can have RUMlogNG from App Store and Test version together on one Mac - they have different name and do not overwrite in Application folder. It can easily use iCloud log file. I can confirm that Test version of RUMlogNG v ...

Re: Problem with frequency with FTX-1
Great, I will do this.
Can I have installed both of this version on the same machine? Actually I am using AppStore version with iCloud log synchronization.

Problem with frequency with FTX-1
Hi, Today I connected my Yaesu FTX-1 to RUMlogNG. As actually FTX-1 is not supported in RUMlogNG I choose FT-710. It seems that connection between log and radios is OK. I found that in frequency field RUMlogNG wrongly shows frequency. For example when I am working on 14210000,00 it shows 142,1. Any ...

Re: Populate QRZ.com information after Tab pressing
Hi, I reply myself. I found old Tom message that he is not liking this approach. OK, I understand that. Maybe just add shortcuts in iPad version for those using phisical keyboard to fastly switch to qrz? Actually we need to use finger to touch the screen which is time consuming. In my ideal world I ...
