QSO ids

Unread post by EA5Q »

Hi

I have finally decided to enter all my old QSOs into RUMlog (I still have a few hundreds on paper). (Yes, it seems that I am bored  ).

But as I am entering from recent to past, the QSO ids (that show up when you make a detailed search) are not ordered as the order when using the date, but keep the order as they QSOs are entered.

Question:

- is there a way to reorder the whole database so that the QSO id corresponds to the order by date?
- (or should I forget about this?)

These id numbers are for internal use and are required for all database operations. You may see it in your tables for reference only.

Anyhow, and in case somebody needs to do it, just export to ADIF format and then start a new log importing again.
You will have you log again but with all ids ordered.
